Suds & Duds Laundromat at 1260 Hiller Road b, McKinleyville, California.

Simple, clean, no frills except comfy booths where you can read / study/ hang out with a friend while you wait for you clothes to wash. Everything looks new in there : from the laundry machines to the booths and bathrooms. I saw one staff member who was quiet and friendly, gave me a smile. Lots of people quietly hanging out/ chatting with friends/ studying. Definitely a DIY kind of place, but I really enjoyed my experience.

Note: I was there in the evening, after the associated coffee shop was closed. It probably has a different vibe when the cafe is going.
