I came into the Sweat Panda box as a beginner in the world of CrosssFit. Putting in time and sweat, with the help and motivation of the fine coaches and members, I am ready to take on the world! So far i have dropped 20 lbs gained more definition and strength and changed my diet, for an overall healthier me. My journey is just beginning and i am excited to see where it will lead.
